Innovation
With technology always changing and margins always slimming, we constantly review how we do business and how our processes can be improved to better meet customer needs. Whether that is through purchasing updated equipment or investing in our people. We’re always looking to the future of our industry.
Equality
Zimmermann employees are equal and deserve mutual respect at all levels. Any behavior that creates conflict prevents us from working together to reach our goals.
Sustainability
We are all responsible for creating sustainable processes. It’s our duty to ensure that what we do has as little impact on our planet as is possible. We do that by recycling what we can and reusing what makes sense. We take an honest look at our processes and ask ourselves if there is a more sustainable way we can do it.
Customer Focused
If there is one thing every employee at Zimmermann knows, it’s that our customers are number one. Whether that is adjusting our schedule to squeeze in a small job or inviting a customer for an in person press check. Everything we do centers around our customers and elevating their experience with us.
We Are Owners
We believe that taking ownership is critical to creating a culture of accountability and empowerment. We take responsibility and own the impact of our decisions, behaviors and results. We do not pass the blame or avoid responsibility.
Having Fun
Business is serious … most of the time. Laughing is therapeutic. Smiling is contagious. Both of them make you feel great, so it’s no surprise that along with all the serious work we do, we like to keep a lighthearted mood in the workplace. Friendly jabs, witty banter and frequent dad jokes abound as we weave our way through the day and produce excellent work for our clients.
