SHEETFED PRESS FEEDER OPERATOR (SECOND SHIFT)
We’re currently seeking a dedicated, full-time, second shift, Sheetfed Press Feeder Operator to join our detail and quality focused team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Load paper for presses
- Mix ink
- Clean press
- Retrieve paper from warehouse
- Any other duties as needed
Requirements:
- Must have at least 5 years in the printing industry, feeding or working on a sheetfed press
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Good communication skills
- Good attention to detail
- Mechanical aptitude
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Ability to stand for 10 hours
- Must possess a quality focused and customer first work ethic
Second shift position, four 10-hour days, 2:30pm – 12:30am, Monday through Thursday.

SENIOR MACHINE BINDERY OPERATOR (FIRST SHIFT)
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Operate cutters, saddle binder, folders, folder gluer, and other bindery equipment
- Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition
- Flexibility to work in other departments and on other tasks when needed
- Other duties may be assigned as needed
Requirements:
- Looking for experienced individual with at least five years in the printing industry operating bindery equipment
- Excellent mechanical ability
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Ability to stand for 8+ hours
- Must possess a quality focused and customer first work ethic
- Past experience in working within a busy team environment, good interpersonal skills and demonstrated behavior of satisfying client needs
- Detail orientated
- Time Management
- Can work by self-direction
- Ability to learn new equipment
- Be able to do repetitive work
First shift position, five 8-hour days, 6:45am – 2:45pm, Monday through Friday.
Wage commensurate with experience.

- Action-oriented, results-oriented, “take charge” attitude on a daily basis, capable of beating the odds when faced with stiff competition
- Proven track record of selling and hunting new clients for at least 2 years
- Experience selling directly to senior decision makers in (CMO’s, VP’s of Operations, Business Unit Leads, etc.)
- Exhibit an extraordinary understanding consultative selling
- Experience working well with a team
- Detail oriented
- Disciplined
- Experience selling print services/solutions in the Milwaukee area (preferred)
- Possess a strong network of contacts in the Wisconsin Region across multiple industries
- BA or BS in Business or Marketing or another relevant field a plus
